flydubai from September 2025 plans to expand service to Russia, as the airline filed additional frequencies earlier this year. Planned service increase as follows.

Dubai – Ekaterinburg eff 17SEP25 Increase from 11 to 14 weekly, 737-800
Dubai – Kazan eff 16SEP25 Increase from 10 to 14 weekly, 737-800
Dubai – Moscow Vnukovo eff 14SEP25 Increase from 6 to 7 daily, 737-800
Dubai – St. Petersburg eff 03SEP25 Increase from 7 to 10 weekly, 737 MAX 8
