American Airlines in recent schedule update filed aircraft changes to Chicago O'Hare – Key West route during Northern winter 2023/24 season. During following period, Embraer E170 is scheduled to operate during following period, instead of mainline Airbus A319 aircraft: 05NOV23 – 22NOV23, 24NOV23 – 19DEC23.

For the rest of the dates during winter season, A319 operates on daily basis. AA between 16NOV23 and 04DEC23 schedules 2 daily flights, with E170 and A319 operates 1 daily each. Following schedule is effective 26DEC23 – 09MAR24.
