Firefly to Resume 737-800 / International Service in 2Q22

Malaysian carrier Firefly from mid-April 2022 plans to resume Boeing 737-800 service, serving flights to/from Penang. The 160-seater aircraft is scheduled to operate following routes:

Penang – Johor Bahru eff 11APR22 2 daily (3 from 25APR22)
Penang – Kota Kinabalu
eff 11APR22 1 daily (2 from 25APR22)
Penang – Kuching eff 11APR22 1 daily

Based on latest schedule listing, Firefly intends to resume international service on 01MAY22 at earliest, including:
Kuala Lumpur Subang – Singapore Seletar eff 01MAY22 32 weekly ATR72
Penang – Banda Aceh
eff 01MAY22 2 weekly ATR72
Penang – Phuket eff 01MAY22 2 weekly ATR72
