Air China Resumes Cairo Service in 2H25

Star Alliance member Air China in the second half of Northern summer 2025 season plans to resumes service to Egypt, after 31-year hiatus. From 09JUL25, the carrier will operate 3 weekly Beijing Capital – Cairo service with Airbus A330-200 aircraft.

Air China served Cairo between April 1991 and August 1994, initially with 1 weekly Boeing 707, switching to 767 by October 1993. The 1-stop flight operated via Sharjah, switching to Dubai from October 1991.
