Emirates in the fourth quarter of 2025 intends to launch introduce second configuration of its A350-900 aircraft. The 298-seater A350-900 aircraft, coded as 359U by the airline, is scheduled to enter service at the launch of Northern winter 2025/26 season at earliest, although this is likely to change.

The 298-seater configuration is J32W28Y238, while existing A350-900 regional configuration (359G) is J32W21Y259. Preliminary operations as follows.
