Turkish Airlines in Northern summer 2025 season plans to adjust service to Juba in South Sudan. From 31MAR25, the Star Alliance carrier will operate Istanbul – Asmara – Juba – Istanbul triangle routing, replacing existing Istanbul – Juba nonstop terminator.

Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft serves this route twice weekly.
