airBaltic NS25 Network Changes – 05JAN25

airBaltic last week announced network changes for Northern summer 2025 season, due to engine maintenance delays.
Existing Routes Scheduled in NS25 are now cancelled:
Riga – Aberdeen
Riga – Belgrade
Riga – Gothenburg
Riga – Gran Canaria/Las Palmas
Riga – Prishtina
Riga – Rzeszow*
Riga – Skopje
Riga – Yerevan
Tallinn – Dubrovnik
Tampere – Rhodes
Vilnius – Dubrovnik
* The airline in the fourth quarter of 2024 revised Rzeszow service, which sees service suspended from 14JAN25. Prior to cancellation, the airline intended to resume Rzeszow service on 21MAR25.
Reported in September 2024, following routes were not available for reservations in NS25:

Based on the schedule filing 30MAR25 – 25OCT25 in the OAG, airBaltic schedules 31263 flights as of 15DEC24. This has been revised to 28215 flights as of 05JAN25, a reduction of 3048 flights or 9.75% for the season. Note airline’s press statement stated it is cancelling 4670 flights.
