Shanghai Airlines Extends Marseille Service to Casablanca in 1Q25

Shanghai Airlines in January 2025 is expanding its network to Africa, as it opened reservations for service to Morocco. From 19JAN25, the airline’s existing Shanghai Pu Dong – Marseille service will be extended to Casablanca, on board Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner 3 times weekly.

As the airline extends Marseille service to Casablanca, the airline will restore overall 3rd weekly flight for Marseille from the same date, while reservations for the month of March 2025 is now available. Shanghai previously scheduled Marseille service until 28FEB25 for winter season.

The airline in the third quarter of 2024 received approval from the CAAC for serving this route, up to 5 weekly.
