Qantas Airways today (16OCT24) announced initial changes to its planned international operation for Northern summer 2025 season. Initial changes include the following.

Brisbane – Auckland eff 13AUG25 4 of 7 weekly QF119/126 787-9 replaces A330-200 (Overall 2 daily)
Brisbane – Los Angeles
eff 13AUG25 3 of 7 weekly operated by 787-9, replacing A330-200
Darwin – Singapore eff 30MAR25 Service resumption, 5 weekly A220-300 instead of 1 daily Embraer E190 (QF in recent weeks revised planned service resumption on this route, moving to 30MAR25 instead of 09DEC24. QF originally planned to launch this route from 23JUN23. This route was last served by Qantas until October 2006, Jetstar Asia 2014 – 2022)
Melbourne – Dallas/Ft. Worth eff 11AUG25 Operational day changes for the 4 weekly 787-9 service, switching from Day x146 to Day x246
Sydney – Dallas/Ft. Worth eff 11AUG25 3 of 7 weekly operated by A380, replacing 787-9
Sydney – Seoul Incheon eff 15JUN25 3 weekly A330-300 service cancelled

The oneWorld member intends to launch Brisbane – Koror (Palau) service, with further details to be announced in the coming months.
