Widerøe during Northern winter 2024/25 season plans to add Tromsø – Svolvær sector, on board Dash 8-100 aircraft. The airline will operate 1 weekly flight on Saturdays, when it resumes service on 30NOV24.

During Northern summer 2025 season, service will increase to 1 daily from 23JUN25 to 15AUG25, with 6 weekly Dash 8-200 and 1 weekly Dash 8-100. Widerøe last served this route on regular basis from June to August 2011.
