Thai Lion Air Plans Kaohsiung / Okinawa 1Q25 Launch

Thai Lion Air in the first quarter of 2025 plans to launch new route to Taiwan and Japan, as the airline filed operational schedule for Bangkok Don Mueang – Kaohsiung – Okinawa route. Based on schedule listing, the airline intends to offer 4 weekly flights from 21JAN25, with Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

Reservations on the airline’s website is expected to open in the next few days.

Thai Lion Air will be the fourth carrier to operate service between Bangkok and Kaohsiung, increasing overall flights from 21 to 25 weekly (including both Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi), while becoming the third carrier to operate Kaohsiung – Okinawa sector.
