Qantas in the fourth quarter of 2024 plans to launch Airbus A220-300 aircraft service at Sydney, initially scheduled to/from Tasmania. As of 01SEP24, planned Qantas A220 network additions in the 4th quarter as follows.

Melbourne – Coffs Harbour eff 27OCT24
Melbourne – Launceston eff 14OCT24
Sydney – Hobart eff 19NOV24
Sydney – Launceston eff 27OCT24

The carrier’s A220 aircraft already serves Melbourne – Brisbane, Melbourne – Canberra and Melbourne – Hobart.
