Etihad Adds A380 Singapore Service in 1Q25; Thailand NW24 Expansion

Etihad Airways today (09AUG24) announced service changes for Abu Dhabi – Singapore route, with the addition of Airbus A380 service from 01FEB25. For Northern winter 2024/25 season from 27OCT24, the airline will operate this route once a day with 777-300ER, replacing 787-10. The 777-300ER will operate until 31JAN25, switching to A380 from 01FEB25.
The carrier previously planned to operate 1 daily 787-10 on this route, switching to 2 daily 787-9 from 14DEC24.

In addition to Singapore service adjustment, the airline further expands service to Thailand, including:
Abu Dhabi – Bangkok Suvarnabhumi eff 27OCT24 Increase from 17 to 21 weekly, instead of previously filed 18 weekly (Etihad previously scheduled 21 weekly during the period of 01DEC24 – 08DEC24, 09FEB25 – 16FEB25). Service operated by 1 daily each of 777-300ER, 787-9 and 787-10
Abu Dhabi – Phuket eff 27OCT24 Increase from 14 to 20 weekly (7 weekly 787-10, 13 weekly 787-9; Previous: Increase from 14 to 17 weekly from 01NOV24)
