China Southern from August 2024 plans to expand service to Türkiye, as the airline plans service resumption on Urumqi – Istanbul route, last served until July 2016.

The carrier will offer 1 weekly service with Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft, effective 17AUG24.
