American Airlines in Northern winter 2023/24 season plans to add new route to Jamaica, with the scheduling of Miami – Ocho Rios service. The oneWorld member originally planned to offer 2 weekly flights from 05NOV22.

The airline currently schedules 2 weekly flights with Embraer E175 aircraft (Envoy Air), from 24FEB24. Following schedule is effective 24FEB24 – 09MAR24.
