KLM NW23 Costa Rica Service Changes – 18OCT23

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines since August 2023 filed service changes to Costa Rica, as the airline adjusts operational routing for Northern winter 2023/24 season. From 29OCT23 to 17DEC23, KLM to operate 4 weekly Amsterdam – San Jose (Costa Rica) nonstop terminator, with Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.

From 01JAN24, the airline will operate Amsterdam – San Jose (Costa Rica) – Panama City – Amsterdam triangle routing, with Boeing 777-200ER. KLM does not have local traffic rights via Panama City on KL721/727 service.

The routing change coincides with the airline to cancel seasonal service to Liberia, previously scheduled as Amsterdam – San Jose (Costa Rica) – Liberia – Amsterdam routing.
