American Airlines in the last few weeks filed aircraft changes on Dallas/Ft. Worth – Kahului service, for Northern winter 2023/24 season. The oneWorld member previously planned to operate Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner on daily basis, switching to 777-200ER between 08JAN24 and 14FEB24.

As of 19SEP23, AA is now listing Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner operating on daily basis, temporarily switching to -9 from 05DEC23 to 19DEC23.

During Northern winter 1993/94 season, the airline operated Dallas/Ft. Worth – Honolulu – Kahului once a day with DC10.
