Singapore Airlines (SIA) at the launch of Northern winter 2023/24 season is adjusting service to Cebu, where it plans to operate Singapore – Cebu nonstop terminator service, replacing Singapore – Davao – Cebu – Singapore routing, from 29OCT23. Cebu will be served once a day with 737 MAX 8 aircraft.

SIA will discontinue its own service to Davao, while Scoot continues to operate 1 daily flight.
