VietJet Air in December 2022 plans to restore additional routes and frequencies to Taiwan. Planned service increase as follows.

Hanoi – Taichung eff 15DEC22 Service resumption, 4 weekly

Ho Chi Minh City – Kaohsiung eff 16DEC22 Increase from 3 to 4 weekly

Ho Chi Minh City – Taichung eff 17DEC22 Service resumption, 3 weekly

On Ho Chi Minh City – Taipei Taoyuan route, service returns to 7 weekly level from 15DEC22, instead of 4 weekly. The airline continues to operate 7 weekly Hanoi – Taipei Taoyuan service.
