SriLankan Airlines August 2022 Long-Haul Adjustment

Due to ongoing situation in Sri Lanka, SriLankan Airlines’ technical stop operation on selected long-haul service has been extended to 17AUG22 inclusive. Following routes are impacted destinations with revised routing (technical stop at selected airports in India), while routes marked with * represents inbound flight will operate nonstop to Colombo.

Colombo – Chennai – Seoul Incheon 1 weekly A330-300
Colombo – Chennai – Tokyo Narita 3 weekly A330-200/-300
* Colombo – Kochi – Frankfurt 3 weekly A330-300
* Colombo – Kochi – London Heathrow 9 weekly A330-300
* Colombo – Thiruvananthapuram – Paris CDG 3 weekly A330-300

Service to Melbourne and Sydney currently schedules nonstop flight in both directions from 04AUG22, instead of via Thiruvananthapuram on outbound flight. Further extension beyond 18AUG22 remains likely.
