Saudia 3Q22 European Service Additions - 17APR22

Saudia in the 3rd quarter of 2022 is boosting European service, based on revised schedule update filed last week. Latest adjustment includes the following, up to 17APR22.

Jeddah – London Heathrow 01JUL22 – 28AUG22 Increase from 7 to 9 weekly, 787-9/-10 operating
Jeddah – Milan Malpensa 27JUN22 – 27AUG22 Increase from 4 to 6 weekly, A320 operating
Riyadh – Geneva 20JUN22 – 31AUG22 Increase from 3 to 7 weekly, A330Regional replaces A320 (Previously scheduled to increase from 3 to 4 weekly)

Saudia last week filed following European routes to/from Riyadh, scheduled on seasonal basis during summer season:
Riyadh – Athens 27JUN22 – 31AUG22 3 weekly 787-9
Riyadh – Milan Malpensa 27JUN22 – 31AUG22 3 weekly A320 (Reservation not available)

Separately, Saudia is temporary suspending Riyadh – Kuala Lumpur nonstop service between 30MAY22 and 13AUG22, while Riyadh – Cairo’s tentatively filed 5th daily from 25APR22 has been removed (2 daily only listed from 01SEP22 to 29OCT22).
