Maldivian Adds Colombo Ratmalana Service in mid-1H22

Maldivian on Sunday 27MAR22 became the first foreign operator to serve Colombo Ratmalana airport, as the airport reopened to international traffic for the first time in over 50 years. The airline initially filed schedule from 29JAN22, but first flight did not commence until 27MAR22.

On the airline’s website, it is planning to operate 3 weekly flights from 03MAY22 on regular basis, based on availability for reservation.

Separately the airline on 08MAY22 will resume Hanimaadhoo – Thiruvananthapuram route, twice weekly.
