China Southern from late-June 2024 plans to expand service to Türkiye, as the carrier plans Guangzhou – Istanbul service resumption, last served in January and February 2023.

From 28JUN24, the airline will operate this route 3 times weekly, with Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.
